Price: $85 per person Class
Things to Note: Ticket includes a 45-minute Pilates class, the book of the month, and some light refreshments after class. Once you have purchased your ticket, come into the bookshop to pick up your book.

About Impact Pilates Instructor Amanda Caven:
Pilates completely transformed my relationship with my body, helping me feel whole and comfortable in my skin. Coming from a background of modeling and dance from a young age my life was built around situations where I felt my self worth was determined by my outward appearance. I started taking Pilates classes in 2004 and was taught to appreciate my body, and movement capabilities, and now, I’m dedicated to sharing that joy with others. Through movement and Pilates, I aim to empower my clients to find happiness, contentment, and peace within themselves. Amanda is a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, Instructor Trainer for Merrithew, and owner of Impact Pilates with over 15 years of teaching experience. Pilates isn’t just about exercise; it’s about understanding how our body’s move and the benefits that brings. I’ve witnessed incredible transformations—clients who’ve overcome back pain, improved posture, and maintained their vitality as they age. I love building relationships with my clients and creating a fun warm space to move and explore.
About Impact Pilates Instructor Kim Valentine:
Kim’s mission is to help you become a better, healthier mover. Comprehensively certified in STOTT Pilates®, Kim has spent hundreds of hours on the Pilates equipment and seven years of experience teaching group fitness. Kim is known for her clear instruction and thoughtful programming with a deep understanding of anatomy, offering cues that make class available to all levels. It is her passion to bring you a marriage of safe yet challenging movement. You’ll be challenged through sequences from the traditional Mat Pilates repertoire and movement patterns found on the Pilates equipment. Every class is a fully integrated workout, offering efficient breathing techniques, functional movement patterns, and optimal muscle firing patterns. To take Kim’s class is to know that you will hear the ‘why’ behind each exercise, and will walk away having learned more about your body.
