As we look ahead to brighter days, we're excited to share the latest updates on the much-anticipated Crite Park renovation. Our vision for a beautiful, welcoming community space is coming to life, and we can’t wait for you to enjoy it soon!
Construction Update
We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work of Haven Contracting. Their team is dedicated, always available to answer questions, and just as eager as we are to complete the park as soon as possible. If we get a warm snap, don’t be surprised to see the crew back at work—they’re taking every opportunity to push forward! We anticipate this phase of construction wrapping up in late May or early June.
Here’s what’s coming next as soon as the weather allows:
- Granite curbing installation will be completed.
- Pergola frames will be erected, giving us a first glimpse of the park’s final design.
- The furniture has been ordered and is expected to arrive in early May. Once the ground thaws, concrete pads will be installed to securely anchor each piece, ensuring durability and stability for years to come.
As construction progresses, the park’s vibrant color palette will come to life. Bold cranberry accents on the game tables and pergola roof covers will bring warmth and charm to the dynamic mix of charcoal gray and black tones.
