Call for Sponsors

The Boston Fiber Company is looking for sponsors for their 3rd annual Boston Fiber Festival happening September 6th & 7th. They would love to get South End Businesses involved in our festival either as sponsors or help with advertising and getting the word out to the neighborhood

Boston Fiber Festival started in 2023 with a small event held on a rainy and cold Sunday in October. Despite the bad weather we had a successful first festival with an amazing turnout from crafters from all over New England! In 2024 our festival grew from 14 vendors to 21 and we had our most successful festival yet. This year we have even more
planned with a kick off party, a day of classes, and 34 vendors from all over the country and Europe.

We partner with the SoWa Open Market for a robust festival. Along with our vendors, the SoWa Open Market is one of the largest open-air markets in Boston and brings in tourists and locals with over one hundred food trucks, farms, and local artisans.

The Boston Fiber Festival is a free event that takes place in the heart of Boston’s South End neighborhood. We are easily accessible by public transportation, car, and on foot making our festival easy and fun to attend.

FIBER ENTHUSIASTS
While counting attendees at an open air festival can be difficult, last year we welcomed over 2400 attendees to the festival and over 1600 of those walked through the doors of Boston Fiber Company. We had a record-breaking day of sales and project greater attendance in 2025.

NEIGHBORHOOD APPEAL
Boston’s South End is a thriving community of over 30,000 residents, with an income averaging above $90,000 a year. South End residents are community driven and
show up for events including the regular SoWa Open Market.

KICK OFF PARTY
This year we’re hosting a kick off party with fellow queer business Dorchester Brewing Co. in South Boston. This will be an exclusive ticketed event with vendors reaching a new level of paid customers.
