Inspired by the refined elegance of European pâtisserie and the simplicity and beauty of Japanese aesthetics and flavors, Petite Sakura creates handcrafted, small batch baked goods that balance flavor, texture and visual artistry.
Founded in 2024, Petite Sakura uses natural, high quality ingredients to create everything from delicate buttercream florals and layered cakes to cookies, meringues and seasonal treats.
