SEBA Member Social & Scotch Tasting with Artist Talkback, May 2nd

SEBA Members are invited to our upcoming social event at a new hip gallery.  We will be featuring scotch tasting (with cashews and chocolate). Wine will also be served.  RSVP required here.

As a special treat to our guests, Courtyard shops will remain open until 8:00 p.m. that evening! It is a great time to do a little shopping as generous discounts will be offered. Find that special gift for the graduate, Mother's Day, spring or summer weddings, or just for yourself (you deserve it!).  So visit Patch NYC and Melle Finelli during the event!

At 7:00 p.m. a featured artist of the Gallery, John Amodeo, will speak to us. John is a professional landscape architect, a principle of Boston architectural firm Carol Johnson Associates Inc. (CJIA), and has been practicing landscape architecture in Boston since 1982. He moved to Boston from his home town of Westbury, Long Island, NY in 1980 to attend Harvard University graduate school, and has lived in Boston ever since. Mr. Amodeo took an interest in architecture at the early age of 5, drawing floor plans and elevations on brown paper bags.

Mr. Amodeo’s passion for travel and photography began concurrently during his junior year at Cornell, when he received his first single-lens reflex camera, a Canon AE-1, just prior to a semester abroad program in Edinburgh. He has travelled extensively through Western Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and East Africa. Favorite destinations include Egypt, Istanbul, Petra, Santorini, Morocco, Tunisia, the Masai Mara, Ngorongoro Crater, Prague, and just about anywhere in Italy or the UK. He resides in Dorchester’s Wellesley Park and John and his husband are currently planning a trip to South Africa, Botswana and Zambia for later this year.  We hope that you will join us on May 2nd for this social event! RSVP required here.
