From DC to Philly and now Boston, Kara Hanover-Martin has been a personal trainer to a distinguished list of private clients from all corners of the east coast. She takes an individualized approach to develop challenging and unique workouts that assist her clients in achieving, and exceeding their personal goals. She loves motivating and empowering them to raise the bar and constantly strive for their full potential.
Kara is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Before pursuing a career in fitness, she worked in the pharmaceutical industry, earned a Master's degree in Human Movement from Boston University, and played Division I lacrosse at Syracuse University during her undergraduate years.
Kara currently lives in the South End with her wife and Border Collie named Eleanor "Elle" Roosevelt.
